Mishaps happen to the best of us.
 
Maybe you have been instructed by your other half to stop pampering yourself and hurry up because you are going to miss your table reservation. One wrong move with the curling wand leaves you with a very painful burn on your hand.
 
Or perhaps the Baby (who is into absolutely everything) has tottered, arms open wide towards your morning brew. It’s a disaster waiting to happen! You bellow “Nooooo” and dive in front of your bewildered child. Meanwhile, your steaming hot coffee has tumbled out of your ‘World’s Best Dad’ mug all over your legs.

With 180 defibrillators and 100 staff trained in first aid, the 70 million passengers that pass through Heathrow airport each year should feel confident that they are in safe hands. However, the same cannot be said for the aircraft.
