Choosing a training course may feel like an overwhelming task, especially when it comes to learning a life-saving skill like first aid. We’ve put together a blog detailing the different types of courses we offer to help relieve the stress of finding a course that is right for you.
Since Imperative Training began in 2003, we have recruited over 200 nationwide trainers and trained over 1 million people. From in-house training to e-learning, we offer a wide range of courses that can be tailored to suit your business’s needs.
In-House Training
As the UK’s leading independent provider of in-house training, we offer a range of both accredited and non-accredited courses.
In-house training is a popular choice for many businesses, as it means that training can be provided in the workplace or in an environment that is familiar to you and your employees. This tends to be a more convenient option, helping the trainers to feel more at ease and open to learning.
There is also the option to tailor in-house training to meet the specific needs of your business, so that you can get as much out of your training as possible.
Open Courses
For those who are struggling to find the time to organise in-house training, we also offer open courses, where individuals or groups can search for upcoming courses taking place near them. You can simply search for the type of course you would like to attend, the date that you are available and where you are based and you will be advised of any courses that are taking place.
Open courses have become a more popular training option in the last few years, primarily because of busy working schedules and the chance to meet and share knowledge with people from other companies.
