Training and Quality Manager

I joined Imperative in January 2015 as Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), having worked in retail previously.

I’m passionate about First Aid and CPR because they are important life skills that everyone should know. Having knowledge in these areas could make the difference in saving someone’s life.

I love the team I work with at Imperative, everyone is so friendly, helpful and supportive. My role allows me to connect with a variety of people including customers and trainers.

Being able to build and maintain positive working relationships is the highlight for me.
